  4. The ORACLE package is useful for people learning to use the I Ching or
  5. Tarot cards, or for those who use them frequently and would like to
  6. spend less time shuffling oversized cards, counting sticks, etc.  Two
  7. programs make up the ORACLE package.  TAROT automatically goes through
  8. the procedure for TAROT card fortune telling.  ICHING very similarly
  9. goes through the I Ching fortune telling procedures by coin-toss and
  10. yarrow stick techniques.  Documentation for both games comes with this
  11. package.
